If you are reading this, I am hoping you are simply a friend I know or one I haven’t met yet. I want you and I to spend lots of time together: just pretend we are sitting on my “human dog bed” in my family room and chatting about our insightful observations, solving the world’s problems, talking about beautiful things – and laughing a lot! – Sharing our amazing and crazy journeys in this life.
How smart are we? We have so many things to share… now that we are so ‘old’ and wise. (I promise that is the last time you will ever see the “O” word on THIS blog. Eh, or not.)
So, a little bit about me: I love the colors in the photo above. I love fabrics and paper and design and fashion and dogs and antique tortoise things and Harbour Island in the Bahamas. I live in Florida and love the water, I attended college at SMU (Pony Up!) along with my two older brothers. George Orville nailed it. I had Big Brother(s) watching over me in 1984. I’m from St. Louis, which is in Missouri.
I also love hats, little shoes, and did I say hats yet?
So, here I am! Jumping into a new adventure with both feet, flip-flops securely fastened. There is so much I’m dying to share with you. I have wild ideas that I want to write about at least 7 times a day. Most days I don’t get any of it written down. But I still enjoy thinking about how great it would be to share my thoughts with you so we can have some FUN together!
Hang in there, it will take a little time before I get my sea legs, but I plan on setting sail.
